The community outreach members are refugee men and women from around the world, who have all sought safety in Trinidad. The video follows the work of the Community Outreach Members (COMs), specifically as they work within the Chaguanas region, acting as a bridge between UNHCR and the refugee and migrant communities.

The narrative focuses on their stories, how they came to Trinidad and Tobago, what they do here, and how they have managed to successfully integrate into the community, as well as how they help others to do the same.
